This policy describes how Grigoryan Capital Group LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles personal information collected through this website, grigoryancapitalgroup.com.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics. We collect personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. If you submit it, we receive the information you type into it:

• Your name, and your email address, both of which are required
• Your company name and phone number, if you choose to provide them
• What you need built and the stage you are at, if you select them
• Any project details you write

Alongside your message we automatically record the date and time, the IP address the submission came from, the country your network resolves to, and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept to detect and limit automated abuse of the form.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies, and this site does not use any.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or session recording.
• We do not load fonts, scripts, or images from any third-party server.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or send newsletters.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you submit only to read your enquiry, reply to it, and, if it leads to work, to carry out that engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a message you deliberately sent us, and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where it is stored, and who can reach it

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the hosting and edge network for this site and acts as our processor. Data may be stored and processed in the United States. Only Grigoryan Capital Group LLC has access. The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, so information is encrypted in transit.

We do not claim any system is perfectly secure, and you should not treat this form as a confidential channel. Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through it.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date received, then deleted, unless they relate to an ongoing or completed engagement, in which case they are kept for as long as needed for that engagement and any legal or tax obligation that applies to it. The abuse-prevention counters described above expire automatically within one hour.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, provide a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To make a request, email info@grigoryancapitalgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be described in that update.
